Robots.txt Protecting Since 1994

For our next installment of “The Lighter Side of eVisibility” we have decided to honor our old and trusty friend the robots.txt file that has been around since 1994. Some people over look the use and power of the robots.txt file, but here at eVisibility we don’t. In fact, we hold the robots.txt in a very high regards and wish we could use it in real life!

“The Lighter Side of eVisibility” - MSN Bids to Buyout Yahoo, Yahoo Rejects the Offer

Most people think that eVisibility is just another well-oiled machine, helping clients with search engine marketing and making top San Diego lists. But we’re not. We’re people too. Just like you, we have a soft side and a warm heart; and to prove that, we welcome you to The Lighter Side of eVisibility. Please forgive us if we’re a little shy about this, but it’s a new thing. We don’t usually wear our emotions out on our sleeves like this; but this is how we have to do things in order to get our message out.

Along the way, you will be seeing various cartoons depicting a humorous view of our industry, in addition to the cheerful thank yous and friendly messages sent out in our Lighter Side of eVisibility section of our blog. The idea is to always remind everyone that we care (oh, and that successful marketing requires consistency).

We plan to add to this collection often, so stick by and watch as the many holidays and events unfold in The Lighter Side of eVisibility. Oh , and don’t forget to subscribe to our blog via RSS or email to catch all of the humor!

Say Hello To The New Google Bot Logo

Google Blogoscoped wants his readers to try to redesign the iconic Google logo. When we saw their blog post we knew right away we wanted to throw our hat into the ring.

So, we shot Tyler Jordan, our former Art Director, the information for the contest. His eyes lit up when he saw an opportunity to show off his skills and provide a little friendly competition.

I give you the new Google Bot Logo:

As you can see, Tyler is very talented and passionate about his work for eVisibility - Internet Marketing Company.

We also wanted to let our loyal readership and new readers know about our new “The Lighter Side of eVisibility” art campaign. “The Lighter Side of eVisibility” will feature Tyler’s cartoon art and will explore different aspects of our industry through creative and humorous illustrations.
