Gaia Veenis handles a variety of content for the clients at eVisibility. Her work with the search engine optimization team includes writing on-site content, article submissions, blogs and press releases with a focus on relevant keywords. Ms. Veenis holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism with a minor in English from San Diego State University, where she was on the Daily Aztec student newspaper staff for three years. Her other published writing experience includes articles and special features in the San Diego CityBeat, Mid-City Journal, Hillcrest News and the SRJC Oak Leaf.
Gaia's experience gives her a consummate understanding of grammar, spelling and punctuation, which is important for her work as an online media specialist at eVisibility. These skills make it possible to quickly produce and edit Internet marketing content. With a background in journalism, Ms. Veenis is also able to quickly research any topics which she is unfamiliar with. She is currently knowledgeable in several areas that contribute to her success as a copywriter, including current events, media, culture, design, food & drink, real estate, travel, education, technology, finance, healthcare and more.
Although she grew up in Northern California, Ms. Veenis has decided to stay in San Diego to build a career. In her free time, Gaia enjoys creative writing, literature, running, vegetarian cooking, working with animals, live music and traveling. She recently completed the Nike Women's Marathon and the Rock N Roll Marathon to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and plans to continue running in future events.
